Nowadays, millions of people enjoy sailing – some of them do it for relaxing and others show themselves in regattas. For those who are seriously involved, yachting can also become a life-sense.

A Bareboat Charter Course – whether on a monohull or catamaran – prepares you to sail your own big boat and charter cruising boats on your own. GG Sailing’s combined course includes a «Basic sailing course» in first two days ashore for revise or to get basic knowledge and after begin second part- the «Bareboat charter course» during the remaining days of the course.

During the course professional trainers show how to steer a yacht by engine and sail and how to work with sails and winches. The course includes practical work and a theoretical part. Special attention is paid to the safety instructions on the vessel.

The base course has been developed for everyone who makes their first steps in sailing. After completing the course, you will be able to go to your first regatta as a competent crew member.

Essentially, the course represents two full days of basic training and steer the 30-33ft yacht plus charter. Accommodation isn’t provided on the yacht. During the «Bareboat Charter Course» our students make a passage from port to port and spent nights in the comfort hotel. You can share these experiences with your friends and family.
